Finding Justice Through Mike Petersen, Attorney

Michael Petersen, Wisconsin attorney, believes strongly that the right to innocence until proven guilty is the most important right we have. It is the guiding principle behind his entire legal career and a key reason he has been so successful. When people hire Michael Petersen, attorney, they want him to guide them through the criminal legal process. Among the crimes his clients have been charged with include nearly everything having to do with drugs, serious driving offenses, including DUI, domestic violence and even homicide.

Michael Petersen, Wisconsin attorney, also loves to represent those accused of white collar crimes because those cases can be rather difficult to fight. He works closely with everyone involved in each case, including forensic accountants and insurance companies, in order to find the best possible defense for his clients. That is, after all, why they hire a defense attorney in the first place; to make sure their rights are sufficiently protected and to punish those who may have violated them.

Of course, before he became Michael Petersen, attorney, Mike gained a lot of education. He earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude, from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2005, with majors in both Political Science and Communication Processes-Electronic Media. He followed that by earning a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2008 and passed the Wisconsin Bar later than same year. While still attending law school, Michael help research and co-wrote a law review article entitled, "A Legal Education Renaissance," which was also included in a book. Soon after passing the Bar, he began working with the Robinson Law Firm in Appleton, Wisconsin, where he became a criminal defense attorney.
